We are currently looking for an experienced low-volt technician with leadership ability and experience to serve as the Lead technician for our low-volt team.

You must be willing to work out of our St. Joseph location for this position.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Structured cabling systems
• Optical fiber installation, termination, and splicing
• Intruder detection systems
• Access control systems
• Video surveillance systems
• Fire alarm systems

Knowledge & Education

• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s Degree or Technician Certificate from an accredited college or technical school ()
• NICET Certification ()
• BCSI Certification ()
• Relevant manufacturer certification ()
• Knowledge of network systems ()
• General electronics knowledge ()

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical assessment
