The Senior Lab Planner is a key member of our team responsible for designing and planning laboratory facilities that meet the needs of our clients . This role requires a deep understanding of laboratory operations, cutting-edge design principles, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in laboratory planning and design
• Professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other design software
• Ability to travel 20-30% for project site visits and meetings

Qualifications:

• LEED AP or WELL AP certification
• Experience with laboratory equipment and HVAC design
• Familiarity with laboratory furniture and equipment manufacturers
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and compliance regulations
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or MS Project *
