Compensation Range: $45-$65/hr Role Overview:

Client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional IT initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business goals are met. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support strategic technology solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from planning through execution

• Coordinate with business leaders on IT portfolio management and project scoping

• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track deliverables and risks

• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders

• Drive process improvement and customer satisfaction through innovative solutions

Must-Haves:

• 7 years of IT project management experience

• Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Nice-to-Haves:

• PMP Certification

• Master's degree in Business or Management

• Familiarity with Salesforce or the tower/real estate industry
