Education and work experience: Higher education (University degree or higher) in instrument, automation and control areas or in the relevant speciality and not less than 4 years of work experience in the position of an Instrument Engineer Main functions: Application of integrated automation of production process and instrumentation facilitating upgrade of engineering performance standard of production, working efficiency, cost saving, production quality improvement, ensuring safe and healthy work environment; Develop and review maintenance strategies, procedures, technical documentation and specifications, maintenance plan optimization in accordance with RoK and international standards and best practices; Ensure effective operation and maintenance of Instrument equipment in compliance with safety, reliability, efficiency and quality requirements. Necessary knowledge and skills: Resolutions, instructions, orders, method statements and statutory materials related to automaton and mechanization of production; Outlook of organization engineering development; Production and organizational chart; Design philosophy and application of automation and mechanization means, operation rules; Procedure and work planning methods for automation and mechanization of production; Main requirements applied for designs; Company’s production processes; Methods of analysis of equipment and technologies; Procedure of contracts awarding to external organizations (contractors); Design aesthetics principles and styling; Computer aids, communications means; Methods of cost efficiency evaluation related to introduction of automation and mechanization means; Domestic and external experience with respect to automation and mechanization of production process; Principles of production organization, labour organization and management; Computer skills; Programming skills; Communicability.
