Oxford Solutions is seeking a Senior Industrial Electronic Technician to join our client’s team. This role offers the chance to lead maintenance activities, influence continuous improvement, and play a key part in keeping critical operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on electrical and automation maintenance, guiding technicians and contractors
• Be a go-to problem solver for complex electrical and mechanical issues
• Keep equipment performing at its best through planned maintenance and inspections
• Drive improvements by evaluating new hardware and updating schematics in AutoCAD
• Reduce downtime by investigating root causes and implementing solutions
• Partner with operations and planning to maintain accurate inventory and efficient workflows
• Contribute your expertise to safety initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial electrical/electronic maintenance experience
• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation
• Strong troubleshooting skills with complex systems
• Solid organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and AutoCAD knowledge (or willingness to learn)
