Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on commercial HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, providing effective solutions for a broad range of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to communicate service updates and recommendations clearly.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry standards through ongoing training and development.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs and maintenance performed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Journeyman or Master HVAC License is highly .
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in a commercial setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; capable of navigating and operating a service vehicle safely.
• Physically fit to lift heavy materials and tools, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
