Senior HVAC Engineer – Air Conditioning Engineer – No on-call. No Weekends. Just Quality Work.\nSurrey-based (covering Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire & SW London corridor)\n£45,000 - £50,000 (DOE) plus Van, Fuel Card and Phone.

Get in touch with Sarah @ Duval for more information.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * 40% installation / 60% maintenance & repair of air conditioning systems\n\n * Leading by example on-site, setting the standard for quality and safety\n\n * Supporting and mentoring less experienced engineers\n\n * Delivering excellent service across a loyal, high-profile client base\n\nThe Person:\n\n * 5+ years’ experience as an Air Conditioning / HVAC Engineer\n\n * Recognised HVAC qualifications\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\n * Strong customer communication and consultative mindset\n\n * A passion for quality work and helping others develop\n\nTop role for someone who wants to add value, mentor others, and enjoy a stable, local position without the pressure of targets or travel.
