Due to successful growth plans, the firm are continuing to expand. We have a new opportunity for a bilingual German and English HR Business Partner to flourish across London and Luxemburg. We need someone dedicated, with expertise across UK and German employment law who can lead on strategic and tactical sparring for various business functions.
You'll have the opportunity to take autonomy of both business areas, build them from the ground up, set up benefits, payroll and lead from a full generalist capacity, partnering with the wider HR team across the globe.
The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and German and have outstanding knowledge across both the UK and German employment law.
Responsibilities:
- Owning day-to-day HR activities in Business
- Proactively ensure adherence to local HR legal frameworks across Luxemburg, Frankfurt, London and Poland.
- Support Business leaders and employees in people related matters (strategic workforce planning, competence development, performance reviews and yearly process, succession planning).
- Implement HR processes and practices across various business functions.
- Assist leaders in smooth onboarding of new employees, locally and centrally.
- Assist leaders in individual employee relations cases.
- Support organisational changes, including mobility cases, expansions, divestments and M&As.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in German and English.
- Expert knowledge across UK and German employment law.
- Track-record operating across a range of complex global entities.
- Experience leading on organisational design, workforce planning and continuous improvement.
- Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders.
