This is a senior individual contributor rolereporting into the Lead HR Business Partner of the CognexEngineering organizations in Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesHRLeadership:Partner with business leaders to align HR strategieswith business goals, ensuring effective workforce planning andperformance management.Support organizational design and structureto enable talent optimization and drive businesssuccess.Performance Management:Enhance productivity by drivingongoing performance discussions, coaching, and, when necessary,implementing disciplinary actions or terminations.Facilitate theestablishment of clear performance objectives and oversee theirtimely evaluation.Organizational Development & ChangeManagement:Identify and address structural barriers to achievingstrategic initiatives.Revise organizational designs and resourceallocation to support business goals effectively.Help create achange ready culture and use data to predict and plan.TalentDevelopment:Identify high-potential employees and create tailoreddevelopment plans to ensure succession planning and readiness forcritical roles.Drive employee engagement by fostering a culture offeedback, recognition, and continuous improvement.EmployeeRelations:Promote a positive employee relations environment byaddressing concerns proactively and maintaining opencommunication.Enhance retention strategies by cultivating anengaging workplace culture.Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with therecruitment team to attract and hire top talent that aligns withCognex’s values and objectives and the mission of thebusinessProfileQualifications and Competencies7+ years relevantworking experience and proven success in a similar role, ideallysupporting engineering organizations (Software and Hardware) atEuropean level with focus on Germany and Eastern Europe.Expertknowledge and experience in general employment law, overall companyHR policies and processes.Experience in managing complex employeerelations cases.Ability to build a strong reputation by developingrelationships with internal and external customers.Excellentcommunication, coaching and influencing skills, especially insensitive and conflict situations.Ability to navigate "gray area”and make effective decisions.A self-starter with a creative andflexible approach to work, with proven ability for adapting tofast-paced and dynamic work environment.Knowledge and experiencewith German employment law, administration and marketpractices.Fluency in English and German.Excellent knowledge of theMicrosoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), adeptat data analytics.Experience with Workday is a strongadvantage.Bachelor’s Degree in a HR-related field required,Master’s Degree is a strong advantage.We offerBeing part of aninternational HR team with a holistic approach.Challenging anddiverse area of responsibility in a fast-growing internationalcompany.Great personal and professional developmentopportunities.Unique people-centric company culture of "Work Hard,Play Hard, Move Fast”.Multicultural environment in a pleasantoffice with own gym and many team activities.Benefits: OccupationalPension Plan, 30 days holidays plus 1 company day, Gym, Job Bike,free drinks, team events, regular salary reviewsContactKevinDuemontRecruiting Lead Europekevin.duemont@cognex.com+49 170 1097987
