Your Role\n

As a Senior Hardware Engineer (Test Systems), you will:

• Understand customer needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop, validate, and manage complex requirements for new products.

\n

• Apply your engineering expertise to design and develop innovative test solutions, resolving complex engineering challenges across various products, including displays, controls, and mission computers.

\n

Core Responsibilities\n

\n
• Integrate, analyze, and test real-time systems involving multiple technical disciplines (electronic, mechanical, optical, and software) in laboratory environments.

\n

• Validate engineering data, methodologies, and test results through rigorous modeling, review, and audit.

\n

• Provide realistic program status updates, identifying potential issues and implementing recovery strategies.

\n

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective requirement capture and integration into engineering development phases.

\n

• Manage technical work packages of test systems engineering tasks, ensuring collaborative execution and accountability.

\n

• Coach and mentor fellow engineers to foster professional growth and technical excellence.

\n

• Proven experience in developing test equipment within relevant product markets/domains.

\n

• Extensive knowledge of the engineering lifecycle.

\n

• Technical expertise gained through job-related training and experience.

\n

• Strong ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
