Responsibilities



Key responsibilities will include:



Leading geotechnical design and analysis for a variety of infrastructure projects.

Providing technical oversight, review, and approval of design deliverables.

Managing multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Overseeing financial management of projects, including budgeting and cost control.

Mentoring and developing junior staff to enhance team capabilities.

Contributing to business development initiatives and supporting managerial strategiesDay-to-Day



Your day-to-day activities will involve conducting detailed geotechnical design and analysis using industry-standard software, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions. You will attend client meetings to provide technical expertise to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will monitor project progress to maintain adherence to established timelines and budgets. A key part of your role will also include supporting the development of innovative design methodologies and contributing to the continuous improvement of best practices within the team.
