We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated and hands-on Production Support/Integration Lead to join our talented team. Position Overview:
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our products with client systems and providing top-notch support to resolve any issues that may arise. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain the integrity of our services. This is a hand-on development position.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Integration: Utilize your expertise in integrating with CRM systems using REST APIs, with a focus on ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
  
• AWS Mastery: Demonstrate AWS certification or significant experience, including EC2 and ECS (EKS experience is a bonus). Your AWS skills will be essential in maintaining our cloud infrastructure.
  
• Database Management: Work with databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, and DynamoDB to support data integration and ensure data accuracy.
  
• Issue Diagnosis: Proficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues using tools like CloudWatch and external logging tools.
  
• Client Interaction: Collaborate with client technical resources to determine integration requirements, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  
• Effective Communication: Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  
• Full-Stack Proficiency: Possess knowledge in React for front-end development, and backend such as Python, Typescript, and Go to support our diverse tech stack.
  
• Availability: Be available to work during US EST hours to meet client needs and support our global operations.
• Additional Skills: Experience with Kafka, EventBridge, Event Streaming, and ETL processes is a significant advantage.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in CRM integration, AWS, and database management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with client technical teams on integration projects.
- Proficiency in React, Python, Typescript, or Go.

- Prisma backend knowledge a plus
- AWS certifications ( but not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
