Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are a venture backed start up using cutting edge AI and ML.  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing scalable web and mobile applications using React , Ruby on Rails, and AWS. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using React and Ruby on Rails.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment.
• Optimize application performance and scalability on AWS infrastructure.
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Deploy applications using DevOps practices and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize NoSQL and SQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Contribute to architectural design decisions and the implementation of microservices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on React and Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and unit testing.
