Arsenal AI is hiring two Senior Software Engineers to join a high-impact integration team supporting a rapidly growing healthcare technology platform. This role focuses on building and scaling enterprise-grade integrations with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and external partners.

This is a contract-to-hire role — engineers will be embedded within an Arsenal AI delivery pod with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role with the client based on performance and business needs.

\n
WHAT YOU'LL DO
\n
- EHR & Partner Integrations: Design, build, and maintain scalable integrations with Electronic Health Record systems and third-party platforms
\n
- API & Backend Development: Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that power enterprise-grade integrations
\n
- Cloud- Engineering: Work in a cloud- environment leveraging AWS services including ECS/Fargate
\n
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards
\n
- Production Support: Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability across integration touchpoints
\n
- Architecture & Workflow: Improve system architecture and development workflows to support long-term scalability
\n
\n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
\n
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
\n
- Experience with distributed systems and APIs
\n
- Proficiency in a backend (Golang )
\n
- Cloud experience (AWS )
\n
- Strong understanding of system design and databases
\n
- US Citizenship required
\n
