We are looking for a Senior Food Scientist to lead product development for nutritional beverages and powders. This role drives innovation from concept to commercialization, ensuring product quality, stability, and clinical effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize nutritional beverage and powder formulations
• Conduct R&D on new ingredients and nutrition solutions
• Collaborate with Medical Nutrition, Marketing, and Sales
• Provide scientific guidance for product and clinical development
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and aseptic processing
• Build vendor relationships and source high-quality ingredients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field (Master's ; PhD/PharmD a plus)
• 5+ years in product development in food, beverage, supplement, nutraceutical, or biotech
• Experience with R&D, ingredient interactions, and nutrient stability
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety standards, and aseptic processing
