Senior Fire Engineer x 2\n\nRemote | UK Projects | Circa £85,000 | 2 Positions\n\nWe are recruiting two Senior Fire Engineers to join a highly respected specialist consultancy delivering fire engineering and building safety services across a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.\n\nThe organisation is widely recognised within the industry and has received multiple sector awards for technical excellence and its contribution to improving building safety standards.\nThis is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects while helping clients deliver safe, compliant buildings that protect people and property.\n\nThe Role You will provide expert fire engineering consultancy across multiple projects, producing fire strategy reports and advising clients on fire safety design and regulatory compliance.\n\nThe role combines technical delivery with site engagement and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with developers, architects, contractors and building control professionals.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n• Produce fire strategy reports for new and existing buildings\n• Develop fire safety management plans and technical advice\n• Identify fire risks and recommend mitigation strategies\n• Advise on fire safety systems, escape strategies and building design\n• Conduct site inspections and support project delivery\n• Liaise with architects, developers and regulatory bodies\n• Ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation and standards\nThese responsibilities reflect the consultancy nature of the role and the technical scope of fire engineering services delivered across projects. HRF-14 - Senior Fire Engineer\n\nRequirements\n\nDegree in Fire Engineering or Fire Safety (BEng, BSc or MSc)\n• Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE)\n• Around 3+ years’ experience in a fire engineering consultancy environment\n• Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations and guidance\n• Excellent technical report writing and client communication skills\n\nThis role would suit an experienced fire engineer looking to join a consultancy where technical expertise is valued and where you can play a key role in delivering safer buildings across the UK
