Senior Fire Engineer

An established consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Fire Safety Engineer to strengthen their growing fire engineering team. This is a great step for someone with solid experience in fire engineering who wants more responsibility, variety, and clear progression opportunities.



The Opportunity

Lead and deliver fire engineering projects from concept through to completion.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced engineers.



*



Develop fire strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.



*



Liaise confidently with clients, design teams, and approving authorities.



*



Contribute to team performance targets and support project financials.



*



Carry out site inspections and offer design input at key project stages.



What We’re Looking For



*



Degree or postgraduate qualification in Fire Engineering (or equivalent).



*



Professional membership (e.g. IFE, CABE, or CIBSE) with a commitment to IEng/CEng status.



*



Strong technical knowledge of fire safety standards and engineering principles.



*



Proven ability to manage projects and support/mentor team members.



*



Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.



*



Willingness to travel as required.

Salary: £60,000 – £69,000 (depending on experience)
