We are hiring for a great SFA position with a growing company here in Nashville! Looking for someone who has construction or manufacturing experience and at least 3 years of prior finance experience. Lots of opportunity for advancement in this role as well! Responsibilities:

• Provide planning and forecasting administration/analysis.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial results.
• Prepare and present clear and concise financial reports to senior management, effectively communicating financial information.
• Monitor KPI's and financial metrics, providing insights into performance trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct analyses as requested by management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3-5 years total experience required.
• Experience working with IBM Planning Analytics, Oracle, and Power BI experience .
• Firm understanding of financial statements.
