What You'll Do

As a Senior Field Service Representative, you'll support customers across the full power system lifecycle, including:

• Startup, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and emergency response

• Troubleshooting and servicing electrical distribution and control systems

• Leading small projects independently and supporting larger project teams

• Providing technical recommendations to improve system reliability and performance

• Producing accurate service documentation and performance reports

• Mentoring and supporting less experienced field technicians

• Using advanced digital tools (laptop, tablet, IR cameras, remote collaboration tools)

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 3+ years of experience testing, troubleshooting, and servicing electrical distribution or control systems
  OR
  Accredited trade school completion with 7+ years of relevant experience

• Hands-on experience with power distribution equipment

• Strong understanding of 3-phase power systems

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle

• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)

Location Requirement

• Must live within 50 miles of New Carlisle, IN
  (Active-duty military candidates exempt)

• Associates or Bachelor's degree (Engineering )

• Electrical Contractors License or Professional Engineering License

• Experience with power quality measurements, protective relays, and system analysis

• NICET or NETA certification

• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers

• Comfort working variable hours, including nights and weekends as needed
