Senior Executive Readiness Specialist

The Senior Executive Readiness Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing the executive coaching and media training program for the Company’s executives and corporate management. These programs shall be customized for each executive, according to both their executive communications strategy plan, and according to their profiles and needs.

The senior executive readiness specialist will work with the executives and their offices to develop the coaching and training programs, and be able to support ad-hoc coaching needs and requests.

The activities that senior executive readiness specialist will be responsible for ensuring executives are prepared to deliver impactful communications, including but not limited to media engagements, panels, speaking opportunities, local community engagement and ambassadorship activities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage all executive communications preparedness programs, including but not limited to media coaching and training

  • Execute these plans to the successful realization of the executive communications strategy goals and KPIs

  • Build and manage a network of coaches and trainers to support executives and deliver these programs, including but not limited to coaching agencies, media training agencies and contracts, etc

  • Track and assess the effectiveness of the coaches, trainers, and the training and coaching programs, along with pairing executives with appropriate coaches

  • Develop wider senior management coaching and training programs, in line with our executive communication strategy, to increase impact, reach and presence of our mid-level executives

  • Manage archives of executive engagements, including but not limited to panels, interviews, speeches, earning calls, etc

  • Develop Impact Profiles for each executive, in alignment with the Planning and Strategy team and the strategic objectives of each executive

  • Support and manage bespoke and ad-hoc coaching and training for executives

  • Liaise with executives and their offices to ensure appropriate coaching support is received and adjust as required

  • Build and manage the team to support these activities and the growing needs of executive preparedness

Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in Public Relations, Media Relations, Communication, Journalism, Coaching, Leadership Development, Management, Business Administration or related field

  • 3 years of experience in Leadership Communications or related field

  • Previous experience handling executive coaching for C-suite executives in large multinational companies

  • Excellent command of oral and written English

  • Should be able to adapt to multicultural environment

  • Solid portfolio of previous work and referrals
