Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail oriented Senior Estimator with Project Management experience (minimum of 5 years experience) Retaining wall experience a plus.

As our Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in preconstruction process responsible for accurately assessing project costs, preparing comprehensive bids and work closely with our estimating team. Knowledge of retaining wall construction methods, materials and geotechnical considerations will be vital to our success.

Duties

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead estimating efforts for complex retaining wall projects from initial concept through final construction.
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for various types of retaining wall block.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and apply relevant standards and codes to all job specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms for the company.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle

The Project Manager is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and project profitability by ensuring the quality, on-time, within budget delivery of projects.

Duties

• Review contract documents thoroughly to ensure compliance with specifications and commercial terms.
• Create and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects-including planning, execution, and completion.
• Ensure the profitable delivery of projects as estimated, improving processes and gross profit with every opportunity.
• Insure adherence to building plans, specifications, codes and regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or related field (retaining wall knowledge a plus)

Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and cost control methods.

Excellent negotiation skills with successful contract management.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency in using software tools such as Bluebeam, Vespa 2, Anchor Wall.
