Senior Environmental Consultant

Job Title : Senior Decarbonisation Consultant Location : Hybrid - Multiple UK wide offices (London preference) Salary : Competitive DOE The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be partnered with a leading multinational consultancy specialised in providing technical engineering and sustainability solutions to the manufacturing, infrastructure and built environment sectors. Key Responsibilities : Deliver and provide technical leadership on projects relating to decarbonisation pathways, including low carbon technologies, energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste management, and sustainable procurement Gather, analyse and interpret datasets related to Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. Support the Engineering team in delivering low carbon designs Identify decarbonisation project opportunities for the team to pursue and support on business development efforts Act as a project lead and be responsible for task and output management Support more junior members in the team using your knowledge and industry experience Your Profile : Experience in one of the following: BREEAM, Net Zero strategies, developing carbon reduction strategies through low carbon technologies, or energy networks and energy security experience Good understanding of UK and EU decarbonisation/Net zero frameworks and policy Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrable background in client facing roles 10+ years consulting experience in sustainability and carbon Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Sustainability fields
