Job Title: Senior Engineer - BRF Project \nLocation: Heathrow\n Contract Type: Freelance\n Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (50 hours per week)\n Start Date: Immediate \nJob Summary:\n As the Senior Engineer on the BRF Project, you will support package managers, oversee section engineers, and manage site-based duties. Your role will focus on delivering key safety measures to protect airport colleagues, including resurfacing, lining, safety barrier, and handrail installations. You will report to the Project Manager and collaborate with site supervision to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution of works.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee a diverse scope of work, collaborating with supervision to streamline site operations efficiently.\n\nManage short-term programming and sequencing, aligning with the main project schedule.\n\nCoordinate day and night shift activities to ensure effective program delivery.\n\nLead health, safety, sustainability, and environmental initiatives, prioritising personal safety and well-being.\n\nManage your packages within the program, identifying risks and opportunities, monitoring budgets, and liaising with planners and QS teams for effective project management.\n\nEnsure all permits, RAMS, and QA documentation are in place and completed as required.\n\nProvide support, coaching, and guidance to engineers within your package to ensure successful work delivery.\n\nPromote operational efficiency and continuous productivity improvements, establishing best practices and delivering added value for the client.\n\nChampion and embody the Heathrow "One Team" ethos, fostering collaboration and alignment with shared values.\nQualifications & Experience:\n\nProven experience in a senior engineering role on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of site operations, health and safety regulations, and quality management.\n\nExperience managing teams of engineers and coordinating multiple work packages.\n\nExcellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nOther Details:\n\nFreelance contract with immediate start
