Senior Engineer in EC1

Job Description

We are working with a civil and structural consultancy seeking an experienced civil engineer with around 6-9 years of post-graduate experience to help design infrastructure for projects including schools, housing, commercial, and leisure developments.\nThe job involves:\n\nDesigning systems for drainage, roads, water, flooding, and utilities\nAssessing site conditions such as flooding risk, ground conditions, and environmental factors.\nUsing digital and 3D modelling tools\nSolving complex design problems creatively\nHelping clients with planning, strategies, and feasibility studiesRequirements \n\nStrong technical engineering skills\nExperience working on development and infrastructure projects\nExperience of design software used in energy and environmental analysis\nKnowledge of modern digital design tools and modelling systemsProfessional qualifications are expected to include:\n\nBSc/BEng (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering \nChartered Engineer (CEng) status and membership of an appropriate professional body such as ICE, CIWEM (or similar)
