Company\n\nA contracting group that provides RC Frame/Groundworks, civil engineering and demolition services across the UK. They have a current turnover of circa £30m and work on projects up to £7m.\n\nThe Role\n\nSeeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join to take the engineering lead on a RC Frame and Groundworks project in South London. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.\n\n * Oversee and manage site engineering on RC frame and groundworks package\n\n * Setting out, surveying, and quality assurance on all works\n\n * Liaising with project managers, site managers, subcontractors, and clients\n\n * Producing and reviewing method statements, risk assessments, and ITPs\n\n * Managing site engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers\n\n * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards\n\nThe Requirements\n\n * Engineering degree (Civil or Structural)\n\n * Minimum 5 years’ experience in RC frame and groundworks projects\n\n * Strong knowledge of temporary works, setting out, and construction processes\n\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Excellent rate\n\n * Longevity and security of work\n\n * Career progression within a growing contracting business
