They are seeking ambitious Senior Electronics Engineers to play a critical role in shaping the future of their airborne systems.\n \nSalaries range from £60,000 (3 years experience) to £140,000 for more experienced engineers, alongside relocation support and serious equity - reflecting their commitment to attracting top-tier talent. \n \nThis is a rare opportunity to make an immediate impact on real-world UAV technology, remaining hands-on with development while shaping the electronics architecture of a company scaling at pace in a high-growth sector.\n \nSenior Electronics Engineer – Requirements:\n\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in electronics design\nProactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership of projects\nResident in the UK for at least 5 years \nSenior Electronics Engineer desirable skills (Drone / UAV Focus):\n\nStart-up or scale-up experience, particularly in fast-paced R&D environments\nExperience leading engineering teams or mentoring junior engineers\nRF design for wireless communication and telemetry systems\nHigh-speed digital design (e.g.
