As Senior Electrical Technician you will;

  • Fabricate wire harnesses using splicing, crimping, Molex connector installation, and soldering across various connector and cable types.
  • Perform potting and encapsulation of connectors and electronic components.
  • Read and interpret engineering assembly drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues with minimal supervision.
  • Assemble and test mechanical systems using standard test equipment.
  • Conduct harness testing, including Cirris testing and programming.
  • Apply custom shielding to harnesses as required.
  • Adhere to safety and security procedures; report any unsafe conditions.

Qualifications;

  • High School diploma required.
  • 2–5 years in a technical or assembly environment .
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with Military/DoD or R&D environments is a plus.
  • Experience soldering to J-STD-001 standards is advantageous.
  • Comfortable using oscilloscopes, meters, frequency generators, and other diagnostic tools.

Location: Mukilteo, WA

Salary Range: $60,000 - $110,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
