Senior Electrical Project Engineer

MK Search have partnered with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of circa £350m and a strong presence delivering flagship projects across sectors who are looking for a senior electrical project engineer to join their team for the PCSA stage of a notable £48m M&E mixed use commercial projects in Central London



Reporting to an MEP project director, you will take control of the electrical package acting as lead electrical engineer to co-ordintate and manage all front end activities before going to site next year to deliver the proejct.



Role and Responsibilities:



* Prepare and submit technical documents for approval.



* Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors, and specialists on product specifications, validation, and value engineering.



* Assist in project engineering and design progression.



* Work with clients, design team members, and contractors on both technical and commercial aspects.



* Participate in pre-construction engineering, including design development, technical submittals, construction details, and sub-contract management.



* Oversee services coordination and address any issues.



* Provide technical expertise to estimating, procurement, commercial, marketing, and construction teams.



* Mentor and guide team members in their roles.
