We are now seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Manager to join our leadership team in Augusta, GA.

The Role
As Senior Electrical Manager, you will lead QPS’s electrical engineering efforts across major industrial and infrastructure projects. You’ll oversee everything from concept design through commissioning, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency every step of the way. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct responsibility for project success, team performance, and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

·         Lead, mentor, and manage electrical engineers, supervisors, and contractors.

·         Oversee electrical system design, installation, and maintenance for large-scale projects.

·         Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and all applicable safety and quality standards.

·         Drive cost control, scheduling, and resource planning to meet project goals.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as the client-facing electrical authority.

·         Champion innovation, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

·         Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s a plus).

·         10+ years of electrical engineering experience, including 5+ in a leadership role.

·         Strong track record in industrial construction, power distribution, and controls.

·         PE license, PMP certification, or equivalent credentials .

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
