Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Systems

Job DescriptionJob Description

Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Systems Help Build the Worlds First Portable, Zero-Emissions Microreactor!

Opportunity Summary

Were a fast-paced, venture-backed startup developing a first-of-its-kind portable nuclear microreactor designed to deliver clean, resilient energy anywhere its needed, whether thats supporting disaster recovery, powering remote operations, or backing up critical infrastructure. With our first full-scale test scheduled within the next couple of years, were moving quickly toward bringing this new class of energy system to market. Were hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development of high-voltage power systems, from to grounding, for our multi-megawatt microreactor platform. In this role, youll own the full lifecycle of electrical power systems, from simulation and design through testing and deployment. Youll collaborate across electrical, thermal, and controls engineering teams and work closely with external vendors and partners to bring these systems to life.

About Us

Our team is reimagining mobile energy with a compact, factory-built microreactor that can be deployed quickly and safely anywhere on Earth. Designed to replace diesel generators with clean, portable nuclear power, this platform will serve communities and operations where grid access is unreliable or unavailable. Our mission is to build the first mass-produced, zero-emissions nuclear system in history, and were assembling a team of innovators to get us there.
