Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Michigan (Multiple Locations Available)

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and execution of building electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and complex project environments. This role will act as a senior technical lead, ensuring design quality, guiding project teams, and supporting successful delivery from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical system design including power distribution, lighting, life safety, and low voltage systems
Oversee design quality and ensure compliance with applicable codes and industry standards
Manage project scopes, timelines, and resource planning for assigned work
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and designers
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure aligned project execution
Assist with proposals and client-facing technical discussions as needed

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in building systems electrical design
Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Michigan or ability to obtain)
Working knowledge of NEC and relevant industry standards
Experience with design and modeling tools such as Revit and electrical analysis software
Strong background in electrical infrastructure, including distribution systems and backup power
