Job Description

I am looking to hire a full-time Lead Controls Engineer for a reputable electrical company here in Monroe, WI (53566). This role will be a permanent position and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $85,000 + Benefits

Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k match (6%), Holidays, PTO

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 4:30am

Remote: No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Automation expert for key stakeholders among clients, vendors, commercial partners, all company Divisions’ functions and their projects’ scope
• Lead internal application development
• Deploy nd reliable control system designs and upgrades via systematic methods of testing, troubleshooting, resolution, documentation, and validation
• Drives continuous improvement
• Field engineering duties
• Client proposal development
• Supply Chain, Sales collaboration, Support

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of controls design / automation experience
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motion control
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities
