Sr DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, secure software delivery processes, and cloud- infrastructure. The role focuses on automation, build/release management, and integrating security into the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Manage source control workflows and branching strategies using Git
• Build and maintain artifact management processes with JFrog (Artifactory)
• Integrate application security scanning using Snyk into CI/CD pipelines
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes across environments
• Monitor pipeline performance and optimize for speed, reliability, and scalability
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices where applicable
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and environment inconsistencies

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer
• 4 years bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
• An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment.
• Exhibit spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability.
• Prior Pharma experience is a strong advantage.
