Job Description:

The Senior DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure to support embedded systems development in a regulated environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems development
• Manage artifact repositories using Nexus or JFrog
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using Jenkins and GitLab
• Support infrastructure and system-level operations in Unix/Linux environments
• Implement logging and monitoring solutions for development pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate DevOps practices into embedded systems workflows
• Troubleshoot pipeline and system issues across development environments

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• 5 years of DevOps or related experience
• Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Deep expertise in C programming
• Experience in medical device or other regulated environments
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems development
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash)
• Experience with artifact management tools (Nexus or JFrog)
• Strong OS-level knowledge (Linux, QNX, or Unix-like systems)
• Experience with Jenkins and GitLab for pipeline automation
• No cloud infrastructure experience required; focus on on-prem/embedded systems

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with GitLab Ultimate
• Familiarity with AIC console or similar internal platforms
• Advanced monitoring and logging implementation experience
• Prior experience in highly regulated industries beyond medical devices
