About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and collaborative Senior Developer to support a higher education institution with custom development, automation, and reporting solutions. This is a hybrid temp-to-perm role with long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain queries using SQL and Snowflake
  
• Build and enhance custom tools and workflows using JavaScript
  
• Automate internal processes with Power Automate and Microsoft Forms
  
• Design and publish dashboards and reports in Power BI
  
• Leverage Salesforce at a power-user level for integrated reporting and task automation
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technical improvements
  
• Ensure code and data quality across all deliverables
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong SQL and JavaScript development experience
  
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses
  
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, Forms)
  
• Skilled in Power BI for reporting and visualization
  
• Comfortable with Salesforce as a power user
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in higher education or public-sector environments
  
• Familiarity with agile or fast-paced team settings
  

This role is hybrid – a mix of on-site collaboration in North Smithfield, RI, and remote flexibility.
