Senior Developer | Power Platform | Azure Integration | Hybrid in London | £80,000

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full technical ownership of enterprise-scale solutions built across Microsoft Power Platform and Azure. You'll shape the architecture, define security and governance frameworks, and establish integration patterns that balance flexibility with compliance - ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and fit for complex, data-sensitive environments.

What You'll Do:

* Define and deliver high- and low-level designs across the Power Platform Centre of Excellence, including environments, DLP, connector governance, and security models.

* Champion API-first designs and determine best practices for automation tools such as Power Automate Desktop.

* Build out robust ALM processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub - including pipelines, solution management, environment variables, and connection references.

* Implement observability and monitoring through Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and alerting frameworks.

* Design secure integration layers using Azure services such as API Management, Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps, and Key Vault.

* Lead architecture reviews, threat modelling, and compliance assurance processes.

* Review code and flows to ensure performance, resilience, and scalability - applying best practices like retries and idempotency.

* Guide deployment strategies and structured rollback procedures.

* Act as a technical mentor, helping engineers adopt strong design patterns and maintain the architecture library.

What You'll Bring:

* 5+ years' experience in solution or technical architecture with proven delivery of Power Platform and Azure solutions in production.

* Strong understanding of Dataverse, model-driven and canvas apps, cloud flows, and PAD.

* Advanced experience with Azure integration tools - API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions, and Key Vault.

* Expertise in DevOps or GitHub pipelines, environment management, and CI/CD automation.

* Excellent grasp of security principles including least privilege, data protection, and secrets management.

* Confident communicator able to produce clear documentation and present architectural decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

* Experience working within public sector or other high-compliance environments.
