✏️ Senior Design Architect – Chelsea Harbour, London

£55,000 + bonus | ️ Luxury Residential & Heritage | 9am–5.30pm

A long-established practice with over 40 years’ experience delivering luxury residential and heritage projects across London and internationally is looking for a Senior Design Architect. Based in Chelsea Harbour, you’ll take the lead on early-stage concept design for high-profile schemes.

Your Role

• Lead design from RIBA stages 0–3
• Develop briefs and concept designs (hand sketching & digital)
• Collaborate with Directors and delivery teams
• Prepare planning drawings, DAS reports, and listed building consents
• Attend design/planning meetings and coordinate submissions

What You’ll Need

• Part III qualified with 5+ years post-qualification UK experience
• High-end residential/commercial/hotel project experience (£5m+)
• Strong hand sketching and 3D visualisation skills
• Confident using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
• Experience leading small teams and liaising with consultants
• Clear, confident communication skills
