Job Description
Senior Data Engineering Manager/ Warrington – Hybrid / £70,000 DOE / Great benefit package and flexible working.

As the Senior Manager of Data Engineering, you will be a key member of the Data and Insights team reporting to the Data Director. This role is a mixture of business-as-usual support, project support and data innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of Data Engineers and contributing to their personal development
- Deliver, maintain and enhance the Data Platform
- Developing and supporting data processing to both on-premise & cloud-based platforms
- Operate under Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Deploying and maintaining data integrity & exception checks
- Reviewing, enhancing and advising on different data sources
- Facilitate a PoC programme
- Ensuring the Data Programme delivers in line with the Group Strategy
Key skills
- Experience with End to End diagnosis & resolution of data issues
- Deployment and management of ETL processes
- Strong Python skills
- Azure / AWS
- Experience leading a team
