Are you passionate about designing innovative control systems and driving automation excellence? Join Turck, a global leader in industrial automation, as a Senior Controls Engineer and make an impact by creating advanced solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Controls Engineering team, you will:

  • Design and develop standard and custom electrical control assemblies and systems.
  • Create control designs for PLCs, Motor Control, RFID, HMI, and SCADA.
  • Review and improve customer control designs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure specifications are met.
  • Test and verify products to meet design standards.
  • Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to team success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience:
    • 4–8 years in Control System Design.
    • 3–5 years working on large capital projects.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Eplan, or similar CAD tools.
    • Knowledge of UL-508 / UL-508A design and build.
    • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with SAP, ISO9001, ATEX, IECEx, and industries like Process, Pharmaceutical, or Automotive.
