Job Title: Senior Controls Engineer
Location: Willowbrook, Illinois
Travel: 30% - 50%
Work Arrangement: In office + travel component
Required Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in controls engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming (specifically Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Siemens, or Ignition).
- Experience with ACAD for electrical panel and schematic design.
- Knowledge of material handling environments, including conveyors (e.g., Hytrol) and robotics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Experience across multiple PLC/HMI platforms listed above (Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Siemens, Ignition).
- Advanced experience in designing, implementing, and commissioning end-to-end control systems for complex logistics/supply chain solutions.
