Senior Contracts Manager

Role Overview:



As Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full project lifecycle – from mobilisation and planning to delivery and final handover. You’ll lead project teams, ensure health & safety compliance, and drive productivity and quality across multiple groundworks packages.



Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple live groundworks sites



*



Ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to spec



*



Work closely with commercial and site teams to manage resources and client expectations



*



Review programmes, RAMS and manage subcontractors



*



Maintain compliance with H&S and quality standards



*



Report progress to senior management and clients regularly



Ideal Candidate:



*



Proven background as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in groundworks or civil engineering



*



Strong technical knowledge of residential or commercial groundwork packages



*



Exceptional leadership and organisational skills



*



Confident managing multiple concurrent sites and teams



*



Full UK driving licence
