We’re working with one of the nation’s top Design-Build General Contractors that’s delivering some of the most impressive industrial facilities in the country—from data centers and mission critical campuses to next-gen manufacturing and food & beverage plants. They’re looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their Charleston team. This has to be someone who’s ready to lead large-scale projects and drive performance, safety, and quality at the highest level.

• Location: Charleston, SC

• Project Size: $40M-$100M+ New Ground-Up Industrial Facilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the entire project lifecycle from cradle to grave
• Coordinating subs, suppliers, vendors, engineers, and owners
• Monitoring budgets, forecasting, and keeping project financials in check
• Running schedules and ensuring milestones don’t slip
• Managing RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and reporting
• Collaborating across departments to keep design, procurement, and construction aligned

‍♂️ What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in construction management, with at least 1+ large Heavy Industrial or Commercial project completed as the Lead PM
• Must have large Industrial/Commercial/Nuclear project experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
