Job Title: Senior Construction Manager - Hospitality Fit-Out\n Location: London\n Project Value: £13m\n\nAbout the Project:\n We are delivering a high-profile hospitality fit-out project in Central London with a contract value of £13m. The scheme requires exceptional attention to detail, programme management, and delivery to the highest quality standards.\n\nRole Overview:\n We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the site delivery of this fast-paced and complex project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale hospitality, hotel, or high-end fit-out projects and be capable of driving programme, managing subcontractors, and maintaining exemplary quality and safety standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme milestones are achieved.\n\nManage subcontractors and direct labour, driving productivity and quality.\n\nOversee health & safety compliance in line with CDM regulations.\n\nCoordinate with the project manager, commercial team, consultants, and client representatives.\n\nEnsure the fit-out is delivered to the highest standards, in line with brand and client expectations.\n\nResolve site issues swiftly, maintaining momentum on critical path activities.\n\nProvide clear reporting on progress, risks, and mitigations to senior management.\n\nLead and mentor site teams, fostering a collaborative and proactive working environment.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nMinimum 10+ years of site management experience, with at least 5 in a senior construction manager role.\n\nProven track record in hospitality, hotel, or high-end commercial fit-out projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and finishing trades.\n\nExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.\n\nStrong problem-solving ability and commercial awareness.\n\nSMSTS, CSCS (Black), First Aid certification required.\n\nPackage:\n\nCompetitive salary (DOE)\n\nFull benefits package including pension, healthcare, and travel allowance\n\nOpportunity to deliver a landmark £13m hospitality project in the heart of London
