Senior Construction Engineer in Chicago

DAMA is seeking a Senior Construction Engineer with 10 or more years of experience in roadway construction in the state of Illinois. As the backbone of our construction projects, his tasks will include writing proposals, overseeing the daily operations of construction sites and coordination of activities of staff and subcontractors. The Engineer will prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and documents. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to work under timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering.

IL Professional Engineer (PE) license,

Proficient in CAD software, MS Office, and has familiarity with web-based project management software.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to lead and motivate teams, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
