Senior Construction Engineer in Doha, Qatar

mselect is looking to hire a Senior Construction Engineer for a oil and gas operator in Doha, Qatar. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in relevant construction and installation activities of the Oil & Gas industry. Fluency in English is a must.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• To generate Construction Work Packages from detailed engineering deliverables in details from concept to mechanical completion
• Monitoring of construction contractor performance to ensure full compliance with approved designs and schedules

Requirements

Qualification:

• Qualification BSc in engineering or equivalent is although lesser qualified candidates with extensive/relevant experience instead of qualification will be considered
• Conversant with international codes and standards

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in relevant construction and installation activities of the Oil & Gas industry
• Onshore/Offshore exposure to working within live oil and gas process plants
• Extensive Brownfield experience
• The majority of the above experience should be working within a multicultural environment
• 5 years’ experience in Engineering & Construction projects
• Fluent in the English
