Job DescriptionJob Description

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day cost estimation of construction projects at all levels of design from early feasibility study to the construction document phase. Their daily duties will consist of:

• Using On-Screen software to review plans and compile take-off data in an excel format
• Staying current on industry practices and construction market rates to provide accurate pricing
• Starting and finishing estimates with minor support and review
• Presenting and reconciling estimates in a meeting format
• Aiding in business development by building a rapport and level of trust with clients
