ROLE: Sr. Computer Systems Analyst

REQUIRED:

Minimum Active Clearance: Current Secret (possibility for TS)

Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree

Minimum Experience: 8 Years directly relevant, demonstrable expertise supporting Federal programs of similar scope and scale

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
OAB Secretariat lead responsible for stakeholder engagement, governance documents, and tool/process compliance. Provides overall task order leadership, oversees QA and deliverable quality, and coordinates with J4 on laptop issuance and return accountability. Senior strategist supporting operational planning, JPP processes, and cyber campaign development. OAB Secretariat lead responsible for stakeholder engagement, governance documents, and tool/process compliance Performs as a Task Leader, providing technical and administrative direction for personnel engaged in software development tasks. This includes reviewing work products for accuracy, adherence to design concepts, user standards, and progress according to schedules. Ensures compliance with IT best practices and industry standards. Prepares detailed status reports, highlighting project milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies. Supervises staff, ensuring effective communication of technical requirements and organizational goals. Additionally, oversees the integration of new technologies, manages software development lifecycles, and ensures robust security measures are in place to protect data integrity and system functionality.
