SENIOR COMMISSIONING MANAGER (RENEWABLE ENERGY, INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL)

ARCA is partnered with a rapidly scaling renewable energy business seeking to expand its team by hiring a Commissioning Manager. My client is an emerging leader in the renewable energy industry, is committed to promoting the adoption of clean energy solutions through rapid growth and innovation with a focus on industrial and commercial. The role involves managing the start-up and continuous maintenance of battery and energy management systems across the UK and Europe. You will ensure that they perform well, that they meet customer expectations and provide technical help after they're set up. You will also work with different groups to deliver dependable renewable energy solutions of excellent quality.

Responsibilities:

• Create and uphold safe work systems to support commissioning tasks.
• Formulate and execute commissioning plans, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications.
• Perform comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and system optimisation during the commissioning stage
• Set up and maintain a ticketing system to capture, manage, and track customer service requests.
• Create preventive maintenance schedules and protocols to reduce downtime and enhance system efficiency.
• Be the main contact for customers during the commissioning process and throughout the lifespan of the product & maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experienced required:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the setup and maintenance of renewable energy initiatives, particularly emphasizing battery storage, solar, and wind projects.
• A strong dedication to customer satisfaction, proven leadership & strong communication skills
• Comprehensive understanding of renewable energy systems, their components, and adhering to industry standards.
• Knowledgeable about electrical regulations, industry best practices, and standard components.
• MS Office suite
• UK driving licence
