You’ll focus strictly on service and repair for commercial and light industrial customers — no install work, no cross-state dispatches. Just reliable, local routes in the Tampa Bay area.

Job Description:

• Maintain and repair commercial HVAC/R systems — including large tonnage package units, split systems, chillers, water source heat pumps, and more

• Troubleshoot airflow, VAVs, building pressure, and electrical systems

• Diagnose and repair VFDs and controls; familiarity with Liebert, Aaon, and Seasons 4 units a plus

• Work with BAS systems; advanced troubleshooting or programming is a bonus

• Use diagnostic tools (Trane TechView, Carrier Service Tool, Watt Master Prism, etc.)

• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates

• Accurately complete electronic work orders and documentation

• Follow all safety standards and promote a safe work environment

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience

• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Proficiency with electrical systems, VFDs, and BAS is

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

• Strong communication and customer service skills
