Senior Civil Structural Engineer\n\n Hampshire | Hybrid Working\n £40,000 – £60,000\n\nAbout You\n\n * Experience within a consultancy environment is essential\n\n * Strong background in civil and/or structural design\n\n * Experience across multiple stages of design delivery\n\n * Confident producing calculations, reports and specifications\n\n * Working knowledge of Eurocodes and relevant standards\n\n * Able to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams\n\n * Experience using AutoCAD, Microstation and/or BIM\n\n * Eligible to work in the UK on a permanent basis\n\nThe Role\n\nYou’ll be joining a growing, design-led consultancy environment delivering infrastructure projects across the UK.\n\nThis is a design-focused position, not site-based, giving you the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of engineering design.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\n * Delivering and reviewing civil and structural design solutions\n\n * Producing technical reports, specifications and calculations\n\n * Supporting project delivery across programme, cost and quality\n\n * Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders\n\n * Mentoring and supporting junior engineers\n\n * Contributing to high-quality, consistent technical delivery\n\nLocation & Working\n\n * Hampshire-based office\n\n * On-site parking available\n\n * Close to rail and bus transport links\n\n * Hybrid working — flexibility required to support project delivery (no fixed office days)\n\nSalary & Benefits\n\n * £40,000 – £60,000\n\n * Pension\n\n * Private medical insurance\n\n * Life insurance\n\n * Hybrid working\n\n * Clear progression opportunities
